been waiting for the next page to color so i pulled this out of storage and finished it this weekend. using Sai a little different these days. kinda like it. when i started this i was in that life drawing class, so i was drawing a lot of naked people, so i had hoped i could keep this mostly clothes free, but i guess pants seemed like a good idea here.

also i am digging the new lady gaga album overall. there are a couple of filler noise songs, but there are some really rad ones that i love.

welp, page 12 of alpha flag is up, check it out man. it is the last page of the chapter, next week is a newwww chapter how exciting! i'm not sure if we're putting up the cover and a new page or just the cover. or maybe we will put up the cover in the middle of the week right when i finish it. which will be as soon as i stop procrastinating, or dying of a headache. one or the other.

the other exciting news is we opened a little store for Alpha Flag. we're putting up the chapters collected into pdf/cbzs in a pay what you want amount. jonathan explains it in more detail in the blog. anything we make will probably go into future printing of issues. kinda neat. we may also be going to be at Anime Expo's artist alley this year. its really the only big convention that's local. everything else is a road trip. we will see!

We are having a little crosspost fumbling this week, but I think maybe Jonathan has sorted that out. We still updated on Thursday though because we watch it like a hawk.

Fun fact, this week we present a page that isn't a year old. Its pretty fresh in comparison. We did this page in January when we started up the comic. It was interesting work to keep it visually similar to the old pages while making room for our own growth over the year gap. so its all new pages from here on out.

Hey all, been busy. started a new class for some 3D modeling. i love it. (i'm taking two, for super immersion learning, so fun!) Also, i mentioned Alpha Flag was something i am working on with my friend (he does most of the work, and i color) and now it has a few pages up that you can read now. this week is page 5. i also did a little valentines because it seems fun, and cute, and also popular to do ironic/weird ones this year. i am totally down with that since it is a lot of fun. for grumpy bear, take a looksy. finally, i got around to updating my website. i switched it over to the indexhibit and it seems to be going great. still working out kinks, trying to find the things i want to put up, trying to remember who i was going to add to links ( i think i got everyone), etc. for the life of me i can not figure out why once section things 200px thumbnails are 100px, and won't change. but maybe it'll work itself out someday. theres some new stuff including the 24hour comics i attempted this year (got to page 6) and some of the old WFA battle comics that are almost embarrassing, but they have to go somewhere. plus some other things that ended up getting lost through the cracks of the internet.

also in other news, Alpha Flag, webcomic by my friend jonathan, colored by me is starting up January 20th. i'm excited! the site is set up, and we'll be working on more of a buffer in a little bit. check it out yo, bookmark this:

i am a little (a lot) hyped for pokemon black and white next year. here is a favorite of the new gen 5 'mons. i don't know what the english name is yet, but iwaparesu is totally cool. and he looks like a layered mint cake.

ps: guys, did you see that episode of glee tonight? did you not see that coming at all? i was 100% surprised.

fff.... almost late. anyway, still doing the fav outfits from each of the PR finalist's collections. gretch's final dress happened to be one of the looks i liked the most from her collection. the second was the shiny almost Asian pants with the weird crotch. and i liked the first look's shiny jacket. (but in general, i disliked her print choices)
